  • Measuring jigger
  • Muddler
  • Strainer
  • Glass (highball or rocks)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Chamomile tea brewed and cooled
  • 1 oz Fresh orange juice freshly squeezed for best results
  • 0.5 oz Honey syrup equal parts honey and water, mixed until smooth
  • 1 tsp Ashwagandha powder optional, for added stress relief benefits
  • 1 oz Sparkling water for topping up the drink
  • 1 slice Orange for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add the chamomile tea, orange juice, honey syrup, and ashwagandha powder into a cocktail shaker.
  • Muddle lightly to combine the ingredients.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until the mixture is chilled.
  • Strain into a highball or rocks glass filled with ice.
  • Top up with sparkling water and gently stir.
  • Garnish with an orange slice and serve immediately.

Notes

For a stronger stress-relief effect, add a pinch of ashwagandha powder. Adjust the sweetness by altering the amount of honey syrup according to your preference.
