Ingredients

  • 1 Pre-made pizza dough or homemade pizza dough
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Crumbled feta cheese optional

  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Place a pizza stone in the oven if you have one, or prepare a baking sheet by lightly oiling it.
  • Prepare the Chimichurri Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped parsley, cilantro, minced garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined and set aside.
  • Roll Out the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness. Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • Assemble the Pizza: Brush the pizza dough lightly with olive oil. Spread half of the chimichurri sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top, followed by the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and crumbled feta cheese (if using).
