Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cooked white beans cannellini or navy beans, drained and rinsed if canned
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup Red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves chopped
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes optional, for a bit of heat

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked white beans, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and fresh basil.
  • Toss with Dressing: Pour the dressing over the bean mixture and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
  • Season and Serve: Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if you like a little heat. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours to let the flavors meld.

Notes
