  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1- inch piece of fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional, for extra kick
  • 1/4 cup warm water not boiling

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Ingredients: In a small mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, grated ginger, fresh lemon juice, honey, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  • Mix Well: Add warm water to the bowl and stir well until all ingredients are fully combined.
  • Consume: Drink immediately while warm. You can take this mixture up to three times a day at the onset of cold or flu symptoms.
