Equipment

  • Highball glass
  • Bar spoon (or regular spoon)
  • Measuring jigger or tablespoon
  • Ice cubes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp blue curaçao syrup non-alcoholic
  • 1 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup optional, for extra sweetness
  • 1/2 cup tonic water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime slices for garnish
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Glass:

  • Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.

Add the Blue Curaçao Syrup:

  • Pour the blue curaçao syrup over the ice.

Mix the Lime Juice and Simple Syrup:

  • Add the freshly squeezed lime juice and simple syrup (if using) to the glass. Stir gently.

Top with Tonic Water:

  • Slowly put the tonic water into the glass, filling it up to the top. Stir gently to combine.

Garnish and Serve:

  • Garnish with a slice of lime and a sprig of mint for an extra refreshing touch. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a tangier version, add a splash of lemon juice along with the lime.
If you prefer a less sweet drink, you can skip the simple syrup.
You can substitute the tonic water with soda water or lemon-lime soda for a slightly different flavor.
