Ingredients
  

  • 3 Ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter melted
  • 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon optional
  • 1/2 cup Chopped nuts or chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  • Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth. Add the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.
  • Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon (if using).
  • Combine Wet and Dry: Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined. Do not overmix. Fold in the nuts or chocolate chips, if desired.
  • Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Cool and Serve: Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy!
